This is full time , on site role for a Regional sales Manager located in Chennai. As a Regional sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations of our diagnostic and healthcare products across designated region. You will lead a team of sales professionals , analyze sales data, develop and implement sales strategies , and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.
-Maintaining Financial discipline on priority,
-Minimize the payment outstanding in market whether Dealer or customers.
-Appointing New Potential/Financially sound Channel partners (Dealers) as well as develops existing Dealers.
-Maintaining Financial discipline on priority, minimize the payment outstanding in market whether Dealer or customers
-Meeting and enhance the Brand Image and business of Rapid group at all Premium customers maintaining strong relation with all KOLs.
-Maintaining strong relationship, with all End User after Post-sales for nurturing futuristic business.

Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Sales & Marketing or related field
-Experience -5+ Year Experience in sales Management in the IVD industry
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and marketing a successful sales team of IVD equipments & Consumables.
-Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop team members
-Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
-Ability to work independently , prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
