- This is full time , on site role for a Regional sales Manager located in Chennai. As a Regional sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations of our diagnostic and healthcare products across designated region. You will lead a team of sales professionals , analyze sales data, develop and implement sales strategies , and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.

- -Appointing New Potential/Financially sound Channel partners (Dealers) as well as develops existing Dealers.

Requirements
- -Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Sales & Marketing or related field
- -Experience -5+ Year Experience in sales Management in the IVD industry
- -Proven track record of achieving sales targets and marketing a successful sales team of IVD equipments & Consumables.
- -Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop team members
- -Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
- -Ability to work independently , prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- -Willingness to travel as necessary
